Is technology helping or hurting education?

I think technology definitely helps education. It makes learning and teaching both fun and efficient. However just like anything else, abusing technology would not benefit students or teachers. That's why proper and up-to-date trainings for both students and teachers are important.

    I like the 'however' point you brought up - I agree that training is essential in ensuring that we are able to use technology in an efficient way to make sure it helps education.

    I agree that adding technology to the learning environment can definitely add aspects of 'fun' and efficiency to the classroom. I totally concur that using technology can be detrimental if abused or improperly used in the class. Training is key for all involved in the learning process.

    I agree. Technology is an incredible resource for the classroom; however, it must be used appropriately. I also like how you mentioned that training must be continually up-to-date. Technology changes so quickly that teachers must keep themselves updated on a regular basis to use the resources effectively.
